Beaver wallpapers

The beaver is a semi-aquatic rodent living in forests. The specie is divided into two main subspecies: North American beaver (Castor canadensis) native to North America and Eurasian beaver (Castor fiber) living in Europe and Asia. They are particularly known for building dams and lodges made with the trees they cut with their teeth. They build their lodge in the pond made from their dam. The lodge is used to protect themselves from predators and the weather during the winter. They eat trees and some other plants like water lilies.
